In evaluating his work and voting record, Virginia FREE, a leading non-partisan business and political research organization, has consistently rated Delegate Scott among the leaders in the House of Delegates for his work to protect and strengthen Virginia’s prosperous business environment.  He was also endorsed for re-election by the National Federation of Independent Businesses, the Virginia Education Association, and the Virginia Farm Bureau.

 He is a past Chairman of the Madison County Planning Commission, a current board member of the Hospice of the Rapidan, and an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce.  Ed lives in Madison County with his wife, Pauline, and daughter, Danielle.
